The exposed internal spring of an actuated liquid withdrawal excess flow valve following a potentially deadly accident where the propane customer moved the propane tank himself. The tank rolled on its side and over the top portion of the tank shearing off the liquid withdrawal valve. The result was 125 gallons of propane released into the area. 125 gallons of liquid propane will create about 4,550 cubic feet of vapor.
